Across the U.S., independent costume shops mark first National Independent Costume Store Day on October 10
Independent costume stores from Chicago to Omaha opened their doors on October 10 for the inaugural National Independent Costume Store Day, a new celebration organized by the National Costumers Association to spotlight local shops that supply Halloween, theater, cosplay and community events.
